		<description>Glad someone nailed this guy, I have seen his ads in newspapers for a long while.  Government websites are usually pretty good at telling you where to go for civil service tests, but like any job you need to be interviewed and its supply and demand.  If you are unattached and can move to where you are needed of course, it increases your chances of getting hired.</description>
